Nusantara: Journal of Law Studies publishes high-quality research and conceptual papers in law, with a focus on contemporary issues in the Asia-Pacific and European regions. This issue has been available online since January 24, 2026. All articles in this issue were authored/co-authored by 54 authors from Four continents (Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia), representing 32 affiliations across 9 countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, Iraq, Ukraine, Jordan, Egypt, Bangladesh and New Zealand.
